Dos filmes favoritos - os 8 que estou pensando agora.

Esse é um blog de texto. Em teoria eu tenho outro para escrever esse tipo de conteúdo, mas como isso não é simplesmente para eu lembrar, vai aqui. Ás vezes eu acho que eu preciso ter esse tipo de coisa, para caso eu me perca novamente.

Normalmente, eu tenho extrema dificuldade de citar meus filmes favoritos. E muitas vezes eu menti sobre isso, admito. Nunca falei que amava filmes que odeio, mas já citei filmes que eu simplesmente gostava como favoritos

American History X

Edward Norton é provavelmente meu ator favorito, já cheguei a essa conclusão a despeito do Johnny Depp. Mas de verdade, para mim ele é um gênio da atuação, quase. E a história de American History X é fantástica, sobre tudo o final.

"So I guess this is where I tell you what I learned - my conclusion, right? Well, my conclusion is: Hate is baggage. Life's too short to be pissed off all the time. It's just not worth it. Derek says it's always good to end a paper with a quote. He says someone else has already said it best. So if you can't top it, steal from them and go out strong. The Lord of the rings

Não posso evitar. Eu amo muito o filme, tanto quanto eu amo o livro. É épico. Sim, é como um conto de fadas, tudo dá certo no final, blablabá, Game of Thrones é melhor. Foda-se. Tolkien tem todo o seu mérito e Peter Jackson foi um excelente diretor. Não que os atores não tenham ajudado, ficaram realmente como eu imaginei e eu estou ansiosa para ver como O Hobbit vai ficar. O vídeo é do Meddley mesmo da Lindsay Stirling porque eu gostei muito apesar de achar que ela dança demais no vídeo. Mas, o que vale é a música.
Ah, e esse é um ponto muito importante dos filmes, a trilha sonora estupenda.
São muitas cenas que eu gosto no decorrer dos três filmes, são muitos anos vendo e revendo e lendo e é realmente muita coisa. Até meus personagens favoritos mudaram no decorrer dos anos, mas no momento eu escolheria essa. Acho a atuação dele, Billy Boyd,  emocionante. Acho difícil até ver o vídeo até o final mas isso é porque eu sou trouxa.

São três filmes, merece 3 vídeos pelo menos. E esse é o melhor na categoria fantasia.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Conheci o filme por causa de um comercial.Foi o primeiro filme que eu vi com o Clint Eastwood novo. Poderia até ter um fan girl aqui pelo fato dele estar extremamente sedutor no filme, mas não.  Eu realmente gosto do filme, da trilogia na verdade mas especialmente desse. Acho que é por causa da junção de Tuco, Blondie e Angel Eyes. Ou da trilha sonora. Bem, qualquer que seja o motivo, é o meu filme de faroeste favorito.

Mary and Max

Eu deveria ter um top só para animações. Mas, Mary and Max é surpreendente demais. A história é tão simples e triste. Na semana que eu vi o filme pela primeira vez, eu vi mais 4 vezes e queria apresentá-lo para todo mundo. Chorei e choro com ele . Alias, é muito legal se atentar ao fato de que Nova York é toda cinza e na Austrália tudo é marrom.

A Lista de Schindler

Destaque máximo aqui. Liam Neeson me conquistou em Les Miserablés, mas foi em A Lista de Schindler que eu vi todo o potencial dele. O tema já é um grande interesse meu, a história é ótima.

They cast a spell on you, you know, the Jews. When you work closely with them, like I do, you see this. They have this power. It's like a virus. Some of my men are infected with this virus. They should be pitied, not punished. They should receive treatment because this is as real as typhus. I see it all the time. It's a matter of money? Hmm? 

A visão apresentada, a filmografia, as atuações, Liam Neeson junto de Ralph Fiennes. A miséria. Excelente.

Fight Club

Eu juro que não lembrava o quão popular esse filme era. Lembro que em 2000 quando eu falei que era um dos meus filmes favoritos, meus coleguinhas me olharam esquisito, mas com a idade, quase todos eles amam Fight Club. Alguns por motivos diferentes. Eu gosto desse filme por inteiro. De verdade. Gosto do jeito como as falas foram escritas. Não sei mesmo como nunca li o livro.

The first rule of Fight Club is: You do not talk about Fight Club. The second rule of Fight Club is: You do not talk about Fight Club. Third rule of Fight Club: someone yells stop, goes limp, taps out, the fight is over. Fourth rule: only two guys to a fight. Fifth rule: one fight at a time, fellas. Sixth rule: no shirts, no shoes. Seventh rule: fights will go on as long as they have to. And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first night at Fight Club, you have to fight. 

E é assim que as coisas começam.

When you have insomnia, you're never really asleep... and you're never really awake.

E o melhor de todos, a maior realidade:

You buy furniture. You tell yourself, this is the last sofa I will ever need in my life. Buy the sofa, then for a couple years you're satisfied that no matter what goes wrong, at least you've got your sofa issue handled. Then the right set of dishes. Then the perfect bed. The drapes. The rug. Then you're trapped in your lovely nest, and the things you used to own, now they own you.

The Wave 

Esse filme simplesmente foi um marco nos meus pensamentos. Há algumas coisas nele que eu nunca havia pensado. Ele me ajudou a me situar. A mostrar uma certa realidade. As coisas podem mudar de figura muito fácil. É um filme curto, vi no colégio e acho que se todos os professores o mostrassem, talvez as coisas fossem um pouco diferentes. Ou não.

A viagem de Chihiro

Não escondo de ninguém o quanto eu sou fã de Miyazaki. Cito Viagem de Chihiro aqui, mas provavelmente deveria colocar Howl's Moving Castle também. E o Serviço de entregas de Kiki e mais ainda O Castelo no Céu ( Tenkû no shiro Rapyuta). Aqui também se destaca a trilha sonora.

Tem clássicos faltando aqui. Matrix (e alguns contos de Animatrix), O Poderoso Chefão, Cidade de Deus, O Auto da Compadecida, Beleza Americana, Pulp Fiction, Seven, Minority Report (?), Clockwork orange ( que acho que não tá aqui só por preguiça. A despeito do livro ser melhor, aí está uma adaptação bem fiel), O sétimo selo, Meia-noite em Paris e tantos filmes do Woody Allen, Show de Truman, The Shining, Full Metal Jacket (é, eu gosto do Kubrick, No Country for Old Men, Forrent Gump (apesar de eu achar que não consigo ver o filme mais uma vez de tantas vezes que assisti), Alien- o 8 passageiro (eu ganhei um livro por ver esse filme), Amelie Poulain, Ladrões de Bicicleta, Túmulo dos Vagalumes, Labirinto do Fauno, O Ilusionista (Oi, Edward Norton?), Inception (acabou que eu comprei um daqueles peões), Os infiltrados, Requien for a dream (que deveria estar na lista acima só para eu colocar a música maravilhosa) ....

Eu vejo filmes demais. De verdade. Por isso comprei o 1001 filmes e tenho um HD enorme. Esses foram poucos que eu consegui citar rapidamente e olha que nem eu entendo porque foram justamente esses. Se alguem ler isso e quiser indicar algo, eu fico eternamente grata.
